Frequently Asked Questions
Discover how vertical wall printing technology works and what it means for your space. We provide quick, honest answers to help you prepare for a high-resolution transformation.
Can you print all the way into corners?
Due to the mechanical footprint of our equipment, a small margin is required at corners and ceilings. We creatively work around this by designing custom borders or artistic fades that integrate these limitations into the mural's design.
What is the step-by-step process?
It begins with a high-resolution design consultation and surface review. Once on-site, we use laser mapping to calibrate our machine to your wall's texture, followed by precision printing and instant UV-light curing.
What surfaces are compatible?
Our ink bonds perfectly with drywall, concrete, brick, wood, glass, and even metal. The machine's sensors automatically adjust the print distance to maintain clarity regardless of the surface texture or minor imperfections, up to 18mm.
How long does the wall ink last?
Our industrial-grade UV inks are extremely durable. Murals stay vibrant for 10+ years indoors and typically remain color-fast for up to 5 years in outdoor environments, depending on direct exposure.
What maintenance is required?
Vertical wall printing is virtually maintenance-free. Because the ink is scratch-resistant and fully cured, you can wipe it with a damp cloth if needed. It will not peel, chip, or bubble over time.
How long does a project take?
Efficiency is part of our precision. Most large-format projects are completed within 1 to 2 work days. Our streamlined setup ensures your space is transformed quickly without the long lead times of hand-painting.
How should I prepare the space?
Preparation is simple: ensure the target wall is clean and clear of decor. We need about 4 feet of floor clearance to set up our vertical rails and technical gear. We handle every detail of the calibration and cleanup.
